Travel Policy: Complimentary travel is included for locations within one hour (round trip). For projects requiring longer travel, that time will be reflected in the total hours billed. For full-day or multi-day engagements, travel, accommodations (when needed), and meals are kindly covered by the client—allowing every detail of your experience to be handled with the same care and precision you expect from The Luxe Loop.
