About The Luxe Loop
No. We do not work directly with any luxury brands/designers. We are an independent retailer of second-hand luxury goods that we source from clients/retailers all over the world. All images, content, and marketing materials are our own, and do not reflect the views of any other brands.
Yes! Our expert team authenticates all items we sell, and we have a 100% authenticity guarantee on all items purchased directly from The Luxe Loop. If you have any issues with your order, please Contact Us and we'll make it right.
All items undergo a double authentication process. First there is a manual authentication inspection performed by a luxury expert, which is then followed by an AI-powered authentication check. This rigorous double-authentication ensures that you can rest assured knowing your items are 100% authentic.
Both! Our goal is to give all previously-loved items, whether they were worn a lot, a little, or never at all, another life. Although all of our items are second-hand (meaning we don't work directly with any luxury brands), some are in brand new/unworn condition, and others have varying levels of wear. See our Condition Guide for details on how we rate our items.
Our expert team takes into account a number of factors to determine a fair and reasonable price for every item. We consider the item's specific style, popularity, color/hardware, and condition. We also take into account other factors like marketplace availability and macroeconomic trends to determine the final price.

Yes! In addition to growing our robust assortment of women's items, we are also currently working on building out our men's selection. Once we have more items across all genders, we will add additional "Women's," "Men's" and "All Genders" sections/filters throughout our website.

We do not sell through any third-party marketplaces. If you’ve made a purchase from an account using a similar name (such as “luxloop” or “luxeloop”) on another platform, please note that those sellers are not affiliated with The Luxe Loop LLC. Any questions or concerns regarding those purchases should be directed to the original seller or marketplace where the transaction occurred.
Referral Program
No! We're happy you love The Luxe Loop and want to share it. As long as you are referring unique individuals, there is no cap on the number of $50 credits you can earn. This policy is subject to change at any time.
FYI our team will be diligently checking each referred user's information to ensure it's not a duplicate of a pre-existing user.
Once your referred friend either makes their first purchase with TLL, or consigns their first item with us, we'll award both of your accounts a $50 credit each within 7 business days.
In an effort to reduce fraud, unfortunately we cannot honor any referrals that come through after their first purchase or consignment. So please be sure to ask your referred friends to fill out this Referral Form asap.
Your friend can Contact Us asking to confirm if we've received a form with a certain email address yet, and we'll reply to them via email confirming if we have or have not received it. They can then share that email directly with you.
No. The Luxe Loop referrals can only earn The Luxe Loop site credit, and our site credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
Selling
Yes of course! Simply request a quote here, and we'll get back to you with an estimated quote. The quote (subject to item condition) is valid for 10 calendar days, and is for informational purposes only. The final sale price may be adjusted up/down based on the actual condition of the item once it is received & inspected by TLL.

If you'd like to inquire about consigning an item or luxury brand not listed above, please contact us and our team will get back to you.
Our goal is to charge a low, reasonable fee for selling your item(s), ranging from 15% to 25%. This means you'll keep 75% to 85% of the final item sale price. See the full breakdown of our consignment fees here.
In comparison, some of the other major resale sites charge up to 80% for their consignment fees. We think that's ludicrous, so we are committed to keeping our fees fair and reasonable.
After you've signed both your Consignor Agreement & Inventory Confirmation Receipt, our goal is to do everything within our power to have your item live within 15 business days. (And many items have gone live on the site much sooner than that.)
While we appreciate your love for your items, as outlined in your Consignor Agreement, by sending us your item, you are granting us the right to price your item in a way that will maximize its ability to sell, and the amount of money that you will make. TLL takes great care in calculating the sale price of your item, and our goal is to make you the most money possible for your item.
Currently no, as we are only taking on items on to sell via consignment, so our consignors will continue to own their items until they're sold to another buyer. We hope to add on outright purchasing in the future, and will let our customers know when this happens via email.
Making a Purchase
There's a lot that goes into our Condition ratings, so we have a full Condition Guide explaining how we rate our items, and what you can expect based on an item's condition.
Yes of course! Simply write us a note here letting us know what item you're inquiring about, and what additional photos you'd like to see, and we'll be happy to send those photos to you via email.
Yes! We have periodic sales of certain groups of items, and we also offer promotional discounts from time to time. The best way to learn about any sales or discounts is to sign up for our email list.
We also offer payment plans via Shop Pay, which you'll see as an option when you check out.
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a certificate of authenticity for the items you purchased from us. Simply Contact Us and reference your order number and the item(s) for which you would like a certificate of authenticity, and we'll send them to you via email.
We do not provide hard copies of certificates of authenticity to minimize waste and environmental impact.
Closet Organization
Yes! We are happy to come to your home and help you reorganize your closet, without needing to sell anything.
Yes! We are happy to help you edit your closet, and based on your lifestyle and your personal taste, we will advise you on what to keep and what to sell/donate.
Absolutely not. Our goal is to understand your personal lifestyle, preferences, and tastes, and we tailor our suggestions on what to keep, sell, and donate based on that. For any items that you're feeling unsure about parting with, we actually encourage you to keep them and really try to use them. If after a few months they're still not getting good use, you can always call us and we'll help you move them on to their next home.
TLL is a judgement-free company. We all know that almost everyone's closet can get a little messy from time to time, and all we need is a little help to get things back on track. We applaud people for taking the first step to reorganizing their closet, and we would be thrilled to help you do just that.
Orders
Due to the value of our luxury items, in an attempt to minimize attention, all orders will be securely packaged in a discreet box with no branding.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and applicable fees will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Our company is based in the US, so orders processed via ground shipping within the US will typically take 5-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take longer, anywhere from 7-16 days (and potentially longer).
If you're in a hurry to get your item delivered by a particular date, before you make your purchase, please contact us and we'll let you know if we can get it to you in time. We'll do everything in our power to help you get your special item!
Payments
Yes. Shop Pay offers payment installment plans, and will be offered to you during checkout.
Yes. We accept all three payment options (in addition to debit/credit cards), and they will be offered to you as a payment option during checkout.
Currently no we do not. We may expand into bank transfers in the future, and if we do, we will notify our users via email.
Returns & Exchanges
To protect our consignors, all of our sales are 100% final, unless we fail to disclose a significant defect prior to purchase. So we encourage you to read and inspect your desired item's description, condition, condition notes, and all photos carefully prior to making a purchase.
