Condition Guide

How We Define the Condition of Our Items:

The Luxe Loop is 100% committed to ensuring that you have a clear and accurate understanding of the condition of our items prior to making a purchase. Our expert team carefully inspects and authenticates each item, and takes great care in providing detailed condition notes on all of our items for you. On each item's page, you will see the following to help you learn about the item's condition. 

1. A description of the item style
2. A high-level condition rating (defined in next section)
3. Detailed notes on the condition of the specific item, including important call-outs
4. High-resolution photos showing all exterior and interior angles of the item

Please be sure to read all condition notes and inspect all photos carefully, as together they comprise the entire item description. All sales are final, unless we fail to disclose a significant defect prior to purchase.

Condition Rating Definitions:

• New: item is in brand new/unworn condition with no signs of wear. Will include at least one of the following accessories: box, dust bag/case, retail tags, authenticity card/certificate.
• Pristine: item appears unworn but may have faint signs of wear due to storage.
• Excellent: item shows minor signs of wear.
• Great: item shows minor to moderate signs of wear.
• Very Good: item shows moderate signs of wear.
  
• Good: item shows moderate to heavy signs of wear.
• Fair: item shows heavy wear.
